1 Acceptance of Terms

7 Betting Rules

9 Account Suspension and Closure

MI777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after request
• Discovery that the member is under 18 years of age
• Discovery that the member has self-excluded and is attempting to circumvent the exclusion
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement bodies

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, MI777 will communicate the reason and expected timeline to the member via their registered email address. Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member after deducting any outstanding liabilities, subject to identity verification being completed.

9.1 Voluntary Closure
